Lisa's handmade items

Sewing is a passion that developed for me almost 12 years ago! I decided I wanted to make my son a dinosaur blanket when he was three. My mother-in-law loaned me her sewing machine and gave me a few good tips and I began my quest. It wasn't long until I was sewing every chance I got. My sweet husband surprised me with my very own sewing machine one Christmas and from that moment on there was no stopping me.
Over the years I was able to go from sewing things for my family and personal gifts for friends to actually having people request items. I have a few signature items that I make regularly and decided I would share those with my blog family. I love creating new beautiful items tailored to each individuals own personal flair.
If you see something you like and want to place an order please let me know. Here are some pictures of a few of the items I have made over the years with a price list following:

About Me

My photo
Newton, Alabama, United States
I am a stay at home mom to three great kids that keep me parenting outside the box. I take one day at time, lean on my Lord, and relish any and all advice that helps me or my kids, or me, or my family, did I say me? Seven years ago I lost my wonderful mother unexpectedly. There have been so many times I have wanted to pick up the phone to call and tell her something funny about the kids or ask her advice. So,this blog is dedicated to her, the dearest mommy in the world! I love you, mom!
